✔ Introductions — A quick roundtable: name and business, nothing more. The nonprofit representative closes the round and sets the stage for what comes next. — 5 Minutes

✔ Host Nonprofit Session – This portion of the meeting transforms the room from an audience into a resource. The host nonprofit brings a real-world opportunity or challenge to the group, and members contribute insight, experience, and perspective as trusted community advisors and advocates —creating value for the organization while deepening member engagement and credibility. — 30 Minutes

✔ Wrap-Up & Commitments — The facilitator pulls the thread together. Members leave with clear takeaways and, for those who want to go further, the opportunity to make a follow-up commitment. — 10 Minutes
