✔ Advisory Session — This is where the room earns its seat at the table. The host nonprofit brings a real challenge or opportunity, and members respond not as an audience — but as trusted advisors. The result is genuine value for the organization and the kind of credibility that only comes from doing, not just showing up. — 30 Minutes

✔ Wrap-Up & Commitments — The facilitator pulls the thread together. Members leave with clear takeaways and, for those who want to go further, the opportunity to make a follow-up commitment. — 10 Minutes
